Dagny Juel Przybyszewska
(1867-1901) was a Norwegian writer, best known for her affairs with prominent
intellectuals of the Expressionist movement. She was involved with Edvard
Munch, August Strindberg and finally married
Stanislaw Przybyszewski in 1893. She died in 1901, aged 33, at the hands
of Wladislaw Emeryk, her lover at the time. There is evidence that her
husband may have arranged the murder.
